Job description

Titan Security is hiring Security Dispatchers, Gate officers, and Patrol Officers  in the Dearborn,  Michigan area.

Duties for Dispatchers may include:

  • Monitor CCTV Camera System
  • Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations.
  • Answer Regular phones and Emergency phones.
  • Monitor Alarm Panels.
  • Respond to Radio calls.
  • Write reports.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.

Duties for Security Officers may include:

  • Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
  • Checking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
  • Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) Procedures.
  • Conduct Marsec Vehicle inspections.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Previous experience in security is preferred
