Job description

Armed Security Officer -PT/On-Call

Looking for people with attention to detail, people skills, courage, and judgment to fill some upcoming roles in the Milwaukee area.
Requirements:ย 
  • Ability to Read/Write/Speak English at a high school graduate level.
  • Clean Criminal record (FBI Background check will be conducted).
  • Licensed in Wisconsin for Private Security/Detective and Firearms*.
  • Supply own firearm and retention holster.

If not currently licensed the costs to be licensed are as follows:ย 
  • $35ย  Fingerprints (State Requirement)ย 
  • $27ย  Private Security Officer.
  • $135 Private Detective.

Private Security Officers can often be licensed within 2 days.
Private Detectives usually take a month+.

If you apply for both you can start sooner and eventually have more shift opportunities.
Current needs are for an individual who can help in weekend shifts specifically.ย 
Additional shifts to fill during the week become available to cover illnesses, special contracts, and on-call responses.
The ability to pick up full-time hours occurs with new contracts and becomes an option to those who have proven themselves.
State licensing is currently backed up and can delay licenses being granted by up to two months.
