Join Allied Universal as a patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a professional and mission-focused environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an aerospace and defense location. * Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns. * Monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that could affect daily operations. * Support site operations by preparing clear incident reports, following post orders, and maintaining a professional presence during routine activities and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: * An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. * CPR certification is preferred. * A guard card and/or license is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
