Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong security presence to deter unauthorized activities.
  • Monitor premises through foot patrols and surveillance systems.
  • Enforce site-specific rules and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and write detailed incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including proper uniform standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior security experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Ability to follow post orders and maintain a high level of vigilance.
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
  • Must be in proper uniform at all times while on duty.
  • Valid Guard card.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to use and operate a smart phone.
  • Professional appearance a must.
  • Camera monitoring experience.
