Per Mar Security Services is seeking an EXPERIENCED Security Officers to join our expanding team!

Per Mar Security is currently hiring an experienced security officers with a starting wage at $18.50 an hour in the Mason City area. Must have security experience. Hours available will be both fulltime and part-time and cover first, second or third shift.Must have a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug test. Position would begin July 1, 2026.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
