Your Responsibilities

 

  • · Monitor site security policy compliance, procedures, and protocols. 
  • · Document non-compliant activity to report to the responsible site operations leadership for remediation. 
  • · Assist Physical Security Manager with security vendor(s). 
  • · Ensure vendor compliance with post orders and MSA requirements. 
  • · S/O training compliance. 
  • · S/O schedule compliance. 
  • · Assist in training newly hired security officers. 
  • · Work with TPUSA Corporate Physical Security Manager to facilitate provisioning and deprovisioning of security officer NT logins. 
  • · Create new hire and replacement badging. 
  • · Coordinate response to any security or safety incidents. 
  • · Conduct security camera video reviews for incident investigations. 
  • · Perform security camera video review investigations when requested by the site CCM, HRBP, corporate investigator, or law enforcement. 
  • · Perform daily systems operational assessments – e.g., access control and CCTV systems. 
  • · Document and report as necessary for repair or maintenance of CCV and access systems. 
  • · Monthly badge reconciliation of active employee badges in access control system. 
  • · Perform a weekly worksite safety review. 
  • · Site safety committee member. 
  • · Perform daily rounds of exterior & interior door security, including locks, fencing, gates exterior lighting (building & parking lot), and signage. 
  • · Assist with lock removals and documentation. 
  • · Client required CCTV/badge system checks and reporting (form). 
  • · Assist in supplying documentation for site facility audits – e.g., site security, site safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) audits. 
  • · Manage visitors badging process from creation to deactivation. 
  • · Manage badge inventory stock record – assist in ordering badging supplies when needed. 
  • · Create and manage safety and security incident reporting. 
  • · Collaborate with local law enforcement when required. 
  • · Understand process of silencing fire alarms as needed. 

Required Skills

  • · Must be able to work onsite in North Lauderdale, FL 
  • · High School diploma or above required. 
  • · Current Florida D License. 
  • · Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. 
  • · Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. 
  • · Must be available for emergency responses at any time (days, nights, or weekends) to support our 24/7 operations.
