Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Installation & Service Technician to join our team! As a Security Installation & Service Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include burglary & fire alarm systems, surveillance cameras, install smart locks, access control, surveillance cameras, speakers, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking. 
Responsibilities 
  • Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs
  • Troubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacements
  • Install new security systems, including electronic locks, thermostats, alarms, CCTVs, and more
  • Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed
  • Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time through our software
  • Rotate phone call emergency tech support with other security technicians (averages 1 week every month)
