  • Collaborate with enterprise AI, technology, risk, and governance partners to advance approved AI and automation use cases.

  • Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive reporting that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

  • Lead change adoption efforts, building alignment and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Influence senior leaders and teams across a highly matrixed organization to accelerate delivery and sustain results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, consulting, or technology modernization initiatives.

  • Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes, including productivity gains, cost reduction, process simplification, and capacity optimization.

  • Deep expertise in operating model design, business process management, organizational change, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience applying AI, automation, workflow technologies, or emerging technologies to improve business operations.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven success leading through ambiguity and driving large-scale change in complex organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.

  • Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or operational excellence leadership.

  • Experience developing and scaling enterprise AI and automation programs.

  • Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Agile, Business Process Management, or related certifications.

  • Advanced degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
