Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the protection of people, property, facilities, and information
  • Maintain surveillance of surrounding area and report suspicious activity
  • Deliver and collect items from various locations as required.
  • Perform seasonal landscaping duties to maintain a safe and professional facility appearance.
  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely while maintaining clean and attractive grounds.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard by removing litter to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous security experience with a valid Security Guard License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work full-time, including flexible hours if required.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including driving, security, and landscaping duties.
