Job description

Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring and patrolling premises while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties include but not limited to:

* Secures premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

* Maintains departmental security procedures while patrolling one or more of the following

areas: Building lobby, Building floors, Parking garage, Loading dock, Building perimeter,

Outer perimeter.

* Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

* Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

* Maintains environment safe by monitoring and setting building controls.

* Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Skills/Qualifications:

Observational Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, and Professionalism.
