Job Details
Northeast Security is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Waltham.
Pay Rate: $21.05/hour
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 3:00pm-11:00pm
**Role offers parking on-site**
**Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a 5-year driving record check**
Security Concierge Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well.
  • Concierge will need to uphold the client's appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable.
  • Must keep a professional appearance.
  • Must remain on post at all times.
  • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
  • Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
  • Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Security Concierge Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-year of Security experience required.
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Dependable means of transportation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
