Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY ASSISTANT in the Force Protection of NAVBASE GUAM FORCE PROTECTION.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience supervising personnel, including conducting job performance appraisals, managing tasks, and executing personnel actions. - Knowledge of military installation access control directives, standard operating procedures, and security administration concepts. - Must be able to review and verify access control documents and correspondence for grammatical accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance. - Must understand federal laws governing U.S. citizenship requirements and the administrative procedures of a Visitor Control Center (VCC). - Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, while exercising tact and diplomacy with diverse personnel.
