We're looking for a Security Analyst to support our Information Security Program through internal audits, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day security analysis. In this role, you'll work closely with our Director of Security & Compliance and partner across Engineering, IT, Legal, and Operations to help maintain and continuously improve our security posture. We're looking for someone who is passionate about security, personable, and process-driven, with a solid understanding of SaaS environments and the ability to responsibly use AI to increase efficiency.
This is a hybrid, Denver, Colorado based role with in-office expectations of 2-3 days per week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Engage in technology audits across AWS, Microsoft, Google, and proprietary systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and control owners to implement compliance initiatives and improve auditability and internal procedures
  • Support SOC 2 audit activities and ongoing control maintenance
  • Coordinate completion of sales requests for information regarding IT and product security
  • Support security awareness initiatives under the director's guidance
  • Assist in developing and maintaining security and compliance documentation and standards, including policies, risk management, and vendor management
  • Support the automation of security controls through AI-powered tools and workflows
  • Help maintain applicable organizational security and compliance controls within your department and role

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including VLOOKUP, charts, and pivot tables
  • Working knowledge of SaaS and cloud infrastructure, including experience administering SaaS/cloud consoles, Microsoft Office 365, and/or other IAM systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SOC 2, and NIST standards, including hands-on experience with SOC 2 or ISO audits and/or an ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Understanding of SQL, including the ability to write queries, and experience reviewing application logs
  • Comfortable leveraging AI chat tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows
  • Skilled at navigating multiple competing priorities and personalities to achieve shared objectives
  • Analytical approach to audit activities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Security-conscious mindset with a commitment to compliance integrity
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and established frameworks
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Customer Support experience strongly preferred
  • An enthusiasm for a hybrid work environment, with approximately 2 days per week of in-office presence in our downtown Denver location

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
