Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior-Level Administrative Analyst with experience supporting Government clients to join our team in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive professional who is committed to excellence, capable of managing complex tasks, and contributing to the success of our business development and project execution.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives
  • Support the management and documentation of all program tasking activities
  • Effectively prioritize and organize multiple, concurrent requests for information maintaining adherence to program task deadlines
  • Compile, complete, formulate, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to assigned programs and projects
  • Produce information by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Represent the executive team by attending/participating in meetings as needed
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information to protect client and corporate interests and maintain operational integrity
  • Complete projects and action items by following up and tracking to closure
  • Contribute to process improvements for program management and proposal development workflows
