Application Security Analyst Role Requirements

  • Web and Mobile Application Security Experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience triaging and contextualize findings across multiple application security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, Container, and secrets), with a focus on consistent, risk-based decisioning.
  • Experience assisting development teams in triaging and resolving findings from application security testing tools.
  • Ability to apply risk-based thinking and recommendations considering exploitability, exposure, compensating controls, and business context. 
  •  Strong Understanding of application security, and familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
  • Strong understanding of dependency management and supply chain risk including open-source libraries, transitive dependencies, and internal artifact repositories.
