We are seeking a Program Security Analyst (Intermediate) to join our team and support mission-critical programs through strong security practices, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
The Program Security Analyst will serve as an on-site, intermediate-level security professional supporting a government customer. This role focuses on coordinating and executing program security requirements across Program Protection, Information Security, and Physical Security.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a team environment and understands the complexity of large DoD programs and weapon systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classification guidance, recommendations, and security support to government, military, and industry partners across multi-level security programs
  • Ensure compliance with program protection strategies and applicable security regulations
  • Advise leadership on improving security policies, procedures, and systems
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and facility security checklists
  • Establish procedures for handling, storing, and controlling access to classified materials and records
  • Coordinate with program SMEs to identify Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical Components, and Critical Functions
  • Support development and documentation of Program Protection Plans (PPP), including recommended countermeasures
  • Assist with acquisition and industrial security functions as needed

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience supporting missile defense or other large, complex DoD programs
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field (Security, Counterintelligence, or similar preferred)
  • Experience with Physical Security practices and implementation
  • Strong ability to review and analyze technical documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD security processes and requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
