Job description

SUMMARY

The Identity Governance & Administration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within our organization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening our identity governance and security practices.

Ensures compliance with established Company policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Right to Financial Privacy Act (state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act.


REQUIRED DUTIES

1. Assist in overseeing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

2. Implement, and maintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management.

3. Assist in ensuring adherence to industry best practices and internal controls.

4. Coordinate periodic access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Respond to audit requests and provide necessary documentation for compliance audits, including SOX and SOC-related inquiries.

6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of governance initiatives.

7. Provide regular reporting on IGA governance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

8. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current IGA governance processes and recommend improvements.

9. Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement process optimizations.

10. Assist business units, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on governance objectives.

11. Investigate and remediate issues related to identity governance processes.

12. Provide training and guidance to teams on governance policies and procedures.

13. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to access management.

14. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IGA governance processes and frameworks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent education from a technical or trade school; alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant work experience should include IAM/IGA experience. Educational experience, whether through formal coursework, technical programs, or internal training, should be related to the business or financial industry.

• Minimum of three years of experience in identity management & administration, preferably within banking or financial services.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, read, analyze and interpret documents and professional journals, understand procedures, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees.

• Familiarity with SOX processes and IT General Controls (ITGC).

• Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud security.

• Ability to perform job-related calculations (e.g., interest, balances, ratios, percentages) and identify and resolve routine discrepancies.

• Ability to interact effectively with employees and leadership on matters that may be confidential or sensitive.

• Advanced proficiency in computer systems and applications, including IAM/IGA applications (preferable CyberArk Zilla), core banking systems (preferably Fiserv Premier) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Typing and data entry skills sufficient to meet the operational needs of the position.

• Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.


Pay $68,600 - $101,500 per year. The salary reflects the full, reasonably expected salary range for this position. Salary is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates may be eligible for bonus, stock, commissions, and incentives at the Company’s sole discretion. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which vary depending on the position ultimately offered. All employees are offered paid sick time off.
