Security Administrator Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain employee records, schedules, and operational documentation within company systems.
- Process timekeeping, payroll support, and Kronos transactions accurately and on time.
- Monitor and update staffing rosters, schedules, and coverage reports.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and assist with administrative hiring processes.
- Prepare and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and operational communications.
- Maintain incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as an administrative liaison between site leadership, field personnel, Human Resources, and clients.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally while providing timely support to employees and management.
- Assist with inventory tracking, uniforms, credentials, and office supplies as needed.
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Support daily operational needs while maintaining confidentiality of employee and client information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous administrative, office support, or data entry experience required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using Kronos or other workforce management systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated patience, professionalism, and customer service skills when supporting employees and managers.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local hiring requirements.
