Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in the insurance industry, particularly in Property and Casualty. The role involves leading the design and implementation of technology solutions that align IT strategy with business goals, focusing on underwriting, claims, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Align IT strategy with business goals and ensure technology solutions support growth and innovation roadmap.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain.
• Deep understanding of insurance business processes – underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, reinsurance, and customer servicing.
• Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs, ESBs), microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and regulatory compliance in insurance.
• Experience with digital insurance technologies (chatbots, telematics, AI/ML, customer self-service portals).
• Working knowledge of core systems in Life or P&C insurance.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance sector.
