Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Las Colinas, TX; Minneapolis, MN (On-site/Hybrid)

Overview
In this contingent role, you will contribute to the design and development of scalable data and software solutions that support critical business operations. You will work on complex engineering problems, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive high-quality, secure, and efficient application development practices.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with business needs
  • Build high-performance data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting solutions
  • Engineer data processing workflows, stored procedures, and dynamic reporting systems
  • Apply secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices across all development activities
  • Analyze, debug, and enhance existing systems through code reviews and system analysis
  • Create clear technical documentation, including system design documents and diagrams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to deliver solutions
  • Contribute to architectural design decisions using established software engineering principles
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in application development and implementation
  • 7+ years of experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • 5+ years of experience with secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
  • 2+ years of experience designing software systems using architecture best practices
  • 2+ years of experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience building scalable data processing systems
  • Ability to work on complex, ambiguous engineering challenges
  • Experience collaborating in large, cross-functional environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
