Job Description:

As marketing technology capabilities expand, we are seeking a MarTech Developer Team Lead to design, integrate, and optimize the marketing tech stack. This role combines hands-on development with Agile team leadership, partnering closely with marketing and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team while contributing hands-on to design and development
• Build and integrate APIs, event tracking, and analytics solutions
• Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• Drive best practices across development, testing, and architecture
• Help shape and evolve the marketing technology stack
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong engineering fundamentals, particularly with APIs, integrations, and modern application development
• Experience leading or mentoring developers in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
