Job description

About Bridge Defense. Bridge Defense is redefining how modern defense technology is delivered. Based in Washington, D.C., we are built for the dynamic mission environment facing the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement agencies. We provide full-spectrum national security solutions that combine secure infrastructure, cleared talent, and mission-ready software to meet evolving defense challenges. Our services include secure software development in classified environments and the design and implementation of advanced IT and cybersecurity capabilities ranging from secure cloud architectures and enterprise infrastructure to data center operations, scientific analysis, and cutting-edge cyber defense.
We are led by technologists and veterans with firsthand mission experience, which enables us to understand both the operational realities and the innovation needed to succeed. Our approach is agile and outcome-based, delivering results in weeks rather than months whenever possible.
At Bridge Defense we value people, integrity, and excellence. We foster an environment where innovation thrives in support of traditional mission requirements. Our team members receive competitive compensation, robust benefits, professional development and certification opportunities, and clear paths for growth while working on the nation's most critical projects.
Core Values
  • Innovation & Responsiveness: We push beyond legacy models with efficient, tech-led solutions built to scale and evolve.
  • Trusted Performance: Security, compliance, and deep experience in delivering to demanding environments guides all we do.
  • Mission Focused Expertise: From veteran leadership to cleared engineers, our people understand both the technology and the mission.

About the Role
Full-time, on-site Pacific Site Lead based in the Honolulu metropolitan area. Serve as the primary on-the-ground representative responsible for daily client-site operations and the successful execution of mission objectives.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for issue resolution, escalation management, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders (customers, engineering, PM, security/compliance) to define and execute action plans that meet mission deployment and continuity objectives.
  • Own the on-site incident triage and resolution pipeline; manage escalations, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain service continuity in line with mission requirements.
  • Conduct technical/engineering walkthroughs and working sessions to validate requirements, confirm integration points, and demonstrate capabilities; translate operational needs into actionable technical tasks and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain situational awareness of on-site systems, network dependencies, and data flows; document issues, mitigations, and runbooks to support repeatable operations and rapid recovery.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience as a Site Lead, Forward Support Representative, Field Support, or similar client-facing onsite role.

Security Clearance
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance required.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
  • Experience supporting DoD/DoW, the Intelligence Community, or defense-related environments.
  • Comfortable working onsite daily in a customer environment.
  • Capable of supporting simple engineering/technical tasks and walking through procedures with users (e.g., basic troubleshooting, validation steps, assisting with straightforward technical implementations).
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and capability to manage priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with defense or government operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

General Factors
  • Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
  • No Relocation.
