Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join our team! 
As a Medical Secretary, your responsibility will to:
  • Greet and admit patients arriving for exams, which includes pulling and reviewing relevant patient files and obtaining new patient information.
  • Review and scan appropriate documents.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule them for appropriate exams.  
  • Mail or fax documents to the appropriate offices.
  • Maintain excellent medical and correspondence records, as appropriate. 
The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team.

Qualifications
  • 2 years experience as a medical secretary in a health related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous office experience desired
