Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Valid Texas teaching certificate in area of assignment with endorsement for subject and level assigned.
Candidates not yet certified may be considered for a certification waiver under the District of Innovation (DOI) Plan based on training and work experience.
*Note: For the current recruitment cycle, DOI waivers are approved for the 2026-2027 school year only. Continued employment beyond this period will require issuance of a vailed Texas Intern Certificate or full completion of an approved educator preparation program (EPP).
