Supervisor Production in Food Manuf. (1st shift or the 2nd shift )


Production Supervisor in Food Manuf. – Ponca City, OK

Shift: 1st shift (approx. 7AM-5PM) or 2nd shift (approx. 4PM-1AM) M-F and as needed on other shifts as well as on weekends. OT rate for 6th and 7th day worked

Salary: Top 10% of your industry with a bonus potential up to 14%


Must Have:

Progressive supervisory experience in a Production OR Manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and multitask effectively.

Highly organized with proven leadership skills.

1. 3+ years progressive supervisory experience in production or manufacturing invironments, preferably in food manufacturing; demonstrated responsibility for meeting production goals including yield, efficiency, labor cost, and uptime; experience directing hourly workforce in safety, quality, and operational compliance within regulated production settings.

2. Food safety and quality control knowledge to monitor and enforce compliance with product quality and safety standards

3. Risk management and workplace safety expertise to protect employees and minimize organizational liability


Nice to Have:

Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred).

Experience in food manufacturing.

Experience in process improvement initiatives or product development.

Experience developing and implementing training plans.

Demonstrated success in increasing employee engagement or resolving labor-related challenges.

Additional Information:

Must be comfortable working in strong smells, loud, hot/cold, refrigerated and freezer environments.
