Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
- Maintain fleet in the field
- Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
- Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
- Improve measurable success to business targets
- Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

- You have 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
- You have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
