Industrial Sewing Associate - 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week!)
Sparks, NV | Full-Time | $19-$23/hr

Via Seating is hiring an experienced Industrial Sewing Associate to join our 1st Shift team!

If you have experience operating industrial sewing machines and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, hands-on manufacturing team.


Pay & Schedule
$19.00 - $23.00/hour (DOE)
Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!


What You'll Do
Operate industrial sewing machines to produce upholstered components for office chairs
Sew, join, reinforce, and finish upholstery materials
Set up machines, including needles, attachments, and pattern configurations
Adjust stitching speeds and machine settings based on project requirements
Follow specifications to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship
