For seasonal jobs, earning $10,000 a month without a degree typically requires high-paying roles such as skilled trades, sales, or specialized labor that offer commission or overtime opportunities. Workloads can fluctuate greatly, especially during peak times like holidays or special events, which may lead to longer shifts or irregular hours. To prepare, familiarize yourself with the company's busiest periods, practice time management skills, and remain flexible in your availability. Demonstrating a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities will also help you thrive during demanding periods.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?
