Job Type: Full-Time-Seasonal (May-August) Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid (Virtual & In-person) Job Description: The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in expanding Aspire for Higher's presence across schools and community spaces. This position focuses on relationship-building, partnership and outreach to support youth programming growth. Hourly rate: $18-20.00 per hour depending on experience Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote Aspire for Higher programs Build and maintain relationships with school boards, administrators, educators, and community organizations Deliver presentations, proposals, and information sessions to stakeholders Represent Aspire for Higher at networking events and community meetings Track outreach efforts and analyze engagement data Collaborate with internal teams on marketing materials and program development Support program delivery logistics including surveys, staff coordination, and reporting Assist in supporting summer camp and seasonal programming Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships Experience working with diverse communities Strong presentation and public speaking skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools Experience working with youth or in education settings is an asset We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
