About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator Apprentice who can help us create engaging video content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both editing videos and creating content on camera. If you’re comfortable speaking in front of the camera, have a strong sense of social media trends, and enjoy turning ideas into engaging videos, we’d love to hear from you!

The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

FOR STUDENTS: Check with your school's Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos
  • Help brainstorm content ideas, hooks, scripts, and creative concepts
  • Participate in and create on-camera content
  • Repurpose existing videos and content into multiple social media formats
  • Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and other elements to make videos engaging
  • Stay updated on current social media trends and video formats
  • Help optimize content for different platforms
  • Collaborate with the mentor to develop a consistent social media presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with video editing and content creation
  • Comfortable or willing to be in front of the camera
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video
  • Strong understanding of what makes social media content engaging
  • Creative mindset and ability to come up with fresh content ideas
  • Good communication and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A portfolio, sample videos, or social media content you've created is a strong plus

Who This Is Great For

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in:

Video Editing • Content Creation • Personal Branding • Social Media Marketing • Short-Form Video • On-Camera Content • YouTube • TikTok • Instagram • LinkedIn

Important: You don't need to be an experienced influencer or professional on-camera personality. We’re looking for someone who is creative, confident, willing to learn, and comfortable putting themselves in front of the camera.

What’s In It For You?

  • It’s (100%) fully remote position and offers flexibility in schedule.
  • You’ll have clear goals and the training resources you need to deliver.
  • Access our free courses on the platform that you can finish at your own pace.
  • 1 to 2 hours of mentorship every week.
  • Issued certification upon successfully completing the program

  • You have a high chance of being hired by your mentor during or after the apprenticeship, depending on your performance.
