Job description

Do you have a fresh Class A CDL but keep running into job postings that demand years of experience? We do not look for perfect drivers—our mission is to develop them through paid, hands-on field experience. This program puts you straight onto the road hauling actual cargo, completely bypassing boring classroom videos. Get the corporate backing, stable income, and real-world skills you need to launch a lifelong trucking career.

Detailed Earning Breakdown

Your financial stability is our priority. Here is exactly what you will earn as you progress:

  • Weeks 1–6 (With Trainer): Receive a fixed salary of $650 every week during your learning phase.
  • First 3 Months Solo: Earn $0.56 per mile with a secure safety net of $1,000 minimum guaranteed weekly.
  • Future Outlook: Move to a higher scale of $0.56–$0.64 per mile after month 3, bringing home an average of $1,200 to $1,700 weekly.

Skills You Will Master on the Road

You will spend a month to a month and a half on regional lanes with a veteran driver. The focus is entirely on practical skills that school couldn't teach you. You will develop confident operation of Class A commercial vehicles under real traffic conditions, utilize electronic logging device (ELD) software, maintain strict Hours-of-Service (HOS) compliance, and execute thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections (DVIR).

What We Provide to Solo Operators

  • Work-Life Balance: Stay connected to your personal life with consistent weekly home time built into your schedule.
  • Cargo Volume: Keep your miles high with continuous regional dry van freight assignments without seasonal drops.
  • Fleet Quality: Work with late-model, well-maintained, and completely DOT-compliant equipment.
  • Assistance: Access non-stop assistance from an operational support team available at any hour of the day or night.

Qualifications Needed

  • An active Class A CDL license in good standing.
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Documentation confirming 120+ training hours at an approved truck driving school.
  • A driving record free of severe violations or recent major accidents (clean MVR).
  • Passing results on a standard DOT medical examination and pre-employment drug screening.
