Landscape Supervisor / Foreman

We serve both residential and commercial clients with a focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and professional service.

Position Summary

Corescapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Foreman to lead field operations for landscape maintenance and construction projects. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has proven experience supervising crews, managing job sites, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.

This role is responsible for crew leadership, quality control, safety enforcement, and daily job execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise landscape maintenance and construction crews (2–6 team members)
  • Manage daily job assignments, productivity, and project timelines
  • Ensure quality standards for mowing, trimming, planting, hardscapes, and grading
  • Read and execute landscape plans and job scopes
  • Train crew members on proper techniques and equipment use
  • Conduct daily safety checks and enforce company safety protocols
  • Operate equipment including skid loaders, mini excavators, and trucks with trailers
  • Communicate with management regarding progress, materials, and job needs
  • Perform snow removal operations during winter months
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, trucks, and equipment
  • Assist with material staging, job setup, and site organization

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • 5+ years of landscaping experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or crew lead role
  • Experience supervising landscape or hardscape crews
  • Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance, plantings, grading, and hardscapes
  • Ability to operate skid steer, mini excavator, and landscape equipment
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pull trailers and operate work trucks
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living installations
  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance
  • Snow removal experience (plowing/salting)

Compensation
