About the Role
Join a high-impact team as a Technical Program Manager, leading the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, data, and platform teams. Drive strategic initiatives from inception to successful execution, collaborating with top technical talent in a flexible remote environment. This is an opportunity to shape technology delivery in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.
Responsibilities
  • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs across engineering, data, and platform teams
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Partner with architects and engineers to drive scalable, high-performance technical solutions
  • Establish robust program governance, reporting, and communication standards
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations at all organizational levels
  • Drive Agile delivery processes, including PI Planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track and report on program status, key metrics, and outcomes to leadership

Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years in technical program management or related roles, successfully delivering enterprise-scale programs
  • Strong technical background in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), distributed systems, or data platforms
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and PI Planning
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, program governance, and operational discipline
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and reporting skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or data platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and operational excellence practices
  • Familiarity with offshore/onshore team models
  • Relevant certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe
