We provide consulting services to both private and public sector clients in the commercial, residential, and industrial industries. Our coverage extends throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with expertise in project planning, site feasibility assessments, stormwater/wastewater systems, soil evaluations, permitting, and much more. We're seeking a bright Senior Civil Engineer to support our growing business in the area.

What You Will Be Doing

- Perform complicated design work through the use AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Utilize HydroCAD to develop septic system designs and stormwater drainage outlines
- Develop project specifications in accordance with city/state guidelines and industry standards
- Coordinate details between clients, internal departments, city officials, and other regulatory agencies 
- Investigate, prepare, and present technical reports and presentations
- Research local permitting laws and attend board meetings

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Years of Civil Design experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- EIT (LSIT is a plus)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD
- Knowledge of Grading/Drainage Calculations, Septic Design/Sewer Systems, and Underground Utilities required
- Background working on Site Civil Projects including Hydrology, Land Development, Structural Engineering and Utilities Work
- Knowledge of Local and State Permitting Laws, as well as Zoning Regulations
