Location: Lorton, VA
Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Type: contract-to-hire

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the production and assembly of custom rigging products used in lifting and material handling applications. This role involves working with wire rope, chain, synthetic slings, and hardware to manufacture rigging solutions according to specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble rigging products, including wire rope slings, synthetic slings, chain slings, and other lifting assemblies.
- Operate industrial machinery such as swaging presses, cutting tools, and splicing equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform load testing and proof testing on rigging products when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer specifications.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of materials and supplies.
