Job description

Rope Access & Rigging Professional

Enclos Tensile Structures - Nashville Titans Stadium Project

Enclos Tensile Structures (ETS) is seeking an experienced Rope Access and Rigging Professional to join our team on the Nashville Titans Stadium roof project. This is a long-term, hands-on role on one of the most technically demanding cable-roof builds currently underway in North America.

About the Work

ETS delivers large-scale tensile and cable-supported roof structures throughout North America. Our work involves:

  • Construction of stadium roofs using large-diameter structural cables (up to 140 mm)
  • Uncoiling, positioning, and laying cable systems on the bowl and pitch (field of play)
  • Lifting, positioning, and stressing cables using high-capacity hydraulic lifting systems
  • Complex rigging operations involving cranes, including controlled load transfers from cranes to temporary or permanent support systems
  • High-risk installation activities carried out at height and within active stadium environments

This is not a desk role. The successful candidate will be directly involved in execution.

Role Expectations

  • Perform and supervise rope access and advanced rigging operations
  • Act as a working supervisor, remaining hands-on throughout installation activities
  • Plan and execute complex crane lifts, including sequencing and safe transfer of loads off cranes
  • Operate efficiently in large stadium environments requiring frequent vertical access and long walking distances
  • Uphold high standards of safety, planning, communication, and execution

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • IRATA / SPRAT Level 2 or Level 3 Rope Access certification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a rigger and rope access technician
  • Proven experience working with cranes, critical lifts, and load transfers
  • Strong understanding of complex rigging systems and temporary works
  • Experience handling large structural elements such as cables, steel assemblies, or equivalent
  • Capable of sustained work at height and on large structures

Commitment & Location

  • Based in Nashville, Tennessee
  • Full-time commitment through November 2026
  • Non-rotational position - continuous on-site presence is required
  • Opportunity for future roles within ETS beyond this project

Who This Role Suits

This position is suited to a professional who:

  • Is technically strong and safety-focused
  • Is confident leading complex lifts while remaining hands-on
  • Thrives in challenging, large-scale construction environments
  • Can fully commit to a long-term, high-profile project

If you are an experienced rope access and rigging professional looking to contribute to landmark roof construction projects, we would like to hear from you.
