Status: Full Time
Shift: 2pm-1030pm and 10p-630a available
Sign on bonus 2p-1030pm - $3500.00
Sign on bonus 10p-630a - $5000.00
Symphony Care Network is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who are uncompromising in providing concentrated and quality-driven care, who possess forward-thinking motivation aimed to set and exceed standards in practice and are role models of dedication, treating every patient with the utmost respect and kindness.
The RN / LPN will:
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants according to the facilities policies, procedures and standards.
  • Monitor residents and complete required record keeping; chart and document per facility policy.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions which adhere to state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Communicate to residents, families and co-workers in an effective and respectful manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians and co-workers.
Nurses must have the following:
  • Active Illinois nursing license
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Compassionate and Caring attitude
  • Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred
  • Compliant with the Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history.
