- Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory mandates and accreditation requirements.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

- Requirement to maintain current certification throughout your duration of employment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities that facilitate effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills, even in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Meticulous organizational skills along with a keen eye for detail, particularly in terms of quality control and documentation.
- Competitive annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Generous time-off starting from day one, along with vacation and holiday time, with credit for experienced hires.
- Opportunities for continuing education and support for professional development.
- A robust total rewards package focused on your overall wellness and job satisfaction.
Your Work Matters Here
In this pivotal role, the meticulous efforts of our lab technicians directly influence doctors' decisions and ultimately patient outcomes. A single slide can reveal an infection calling for the right antibiotics or identify a metabolic imbalance before obvious symptoms emerge. Your attention to accuracy underpins the trust that doctors and patients rely on every single day.
Fostering a Culture of Collaboration
This role transcends mere duties; it is an invitation to be part of a community. You will engage with a team that is committed to continuous enhancement. By participating in seasonal lab meetings, competency refreshers, and improvement projects, you will be immersed in an environment where your insights are valued. We encourage committee involvement, innovation in processes, and mentoring new hires to cultivate a robust educational atmosphere.
