Mid-Senior Level Employment Attorney

Job Details

We are seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Employment Attorney (Associate or Partner) with a strong background in employment law, particularly client counseling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise employers on a wide range of employment law issues, including compliance, risk management, and workplace policies
  • Provide day-to-day counseling on employee relations, discipline, terminations, and investigations
  • Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policies
  • Assist with employment-related disputes and collaborate with litigation teams as needed
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and advise clients accordingly
  • For partner-level candidates: contribute to client development and practice growth
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of employment law experience, with a strong emphasis on client counseling
  • Experience advising management-side clients preferred
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients
  • Portable book of business is a plus for partner-level candidates, but not required
  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar license
