What You'll Do (Besides Have a Blast!):
As a Ride Operator, you'll be responsible for making sure our guests have the safest, most thrilling experience possible. From checking ride systems to interacting with guests, you'll play a key role in delivering Diggerland's signature "Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service." And yes, you'll be working outdoors, soaking up the sun and the excitement all day long!
Daily Duties Include (But Are Never Boring!):
  • Safety First: Assist guests and operate the rides with safety and responsibility at the forefront.
  • Pre-ride Prep: Complete pre-opening checks to make sure everything's in tip-top shape!
  • Guest Interaction: Be the friendly face of Diggerland! Talk to guests, explain ride rules, and ensure a safe, enjoyable time.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your awesome colleagues and management to keep things running smoothly.
  • Cleaning & Closing: Keep your ride area clean and ready for the next thrill-seeker.

What We're Looking For:
  • Responsibility & Safety: You'll be in charge of ensuring all guests are safe, from checking restraints to enforcing policies.
  • Team Player: You'll need to work seamlessly with everyone from fellow operators to management.
  • Flexibility: We're looking for someone who's cool with a schedule that might change for weekends, holidays, or special events.
