Join Our Team!
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Camera Systems Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and operation of our surveillance camera systems throughout the season. This role is critical to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our seasonal attraction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with surveillance systems, networking, and low-voltage wiring and be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

About the Role
The Camera Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the facility's surveillance camera systems to ensure reliable operation throughout the season. This position supports all aspects of camera system performance, including cameras, recording equipment, networking components, and low-voltage wiring.

Prior to opening, the technician will assist with system installation, testing, and verification to ensure full operational readiness. During the operating season, the technician will monitor system functionality, respond to equipment or connectivity issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and help minimize downtime through prompt troubleshooting and maintenance.


What You'll Do
Assist with installation and setup of cameras and related equipment.
Run and secure camera wiring as needed.
Install, configure, and test cameras for proper operation.
Verify camera views, recording functionality, and remote monitoring.
Identify and resolve equipment or connectivity issues before opening.
Ensure the surveillance system is fully operational prior to the start of the season.
Be available during operating hours to monitor system performance.
Respond promptly to camera, recording, or network issues.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment whenever possible to minimize downtime.
Replace or adjust cameras as needed.
Communicate unresolved issues to management and recommend solutions.
Help maintain system reliability throughout the season.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and farm operational standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with REVO camera systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and low-voltage wiring.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, wiring, and software issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other co-workers.
  • Reliable and capable of making informed decisions in the absence of General Manager
  • Ability to work alone and in large crowd settings.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the seasonal attraction.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
