DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a GIS Analyst to work onsite with one of our direct clients in Las Vegas NV.
Job Title: GIS Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Las Vegas NV, 89106
***Normal work hours are between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST, Monday through Thursday. ***
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum (4) years work experience in GIS or related field.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate experience using ArcGIS software to create/edit data and create/modify static and web maps.
- Ability to learn Elections software Total Vote and Total Address for processing Elections data into Elections system.
- Ability to organize, review, and clean up GIS data and project files across multiple platforms.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT staff and other departmental GIS personnel.
