Job description

The Large Format Print Project Manager will work directly with the General Manager of Visual Graphics and will act as a liaison between clients, sales and production in the processing of sales orders, inquiries, etc. in a fast paced environment. This position will act as a valuable resource for the company's growth and offers an opportunity for personal growth and advancement. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Reviews and inspects projects from conception through delivery to ensure that jobs are on schedule, within budget and meet all specification.
  • Coordinates production scheduling of all projects with production and outside vendors to achieve maximum efficiency through the shop and meet client expectations.
  • Assists clients with pricing; prepares estimates from prevailing price lists.
  • Works with Account Executive, Estimator and Production Management to develop timelines and budgets for work performed in-house as well as vended services.
  • Listens to, handles, and follows up on client inquires and complaints on a timely basis; solves client related problems.
  • Creates purchase orders for all vended services such as offset, grand format, fabrication and installation.

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum three (3) years experience in Large Format Color Graphics Print managing projects from inception through delivery. Please have an understanding of preflighting and a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel & Outlook) is also required.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills & client services skills are an absolute necessity!
