Done Right Merchandising specializes in new store setups, remodels, and resets for retailers nationwide. If you have experience in arts & crafts, hobby, or specialty retail, we want to hear from you!

Who We're Looking For
We specifically seek experienced craft store merchandisers with hands-on experience at Michaels, JOANN, Hobby Lobby, or similar arts & crafts, hobby, or specialty retailers.
You should be reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, honest, and comfortable working on a team in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to read and follow planograms and execute resets and remodels accurately.
What the Job Entails
  • Remove and relocate existing craft merchandise during resets and remodels
  • Set shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels, signage, and other merchandising components
  • Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and project specifications
  • Build, move, assemble, and adjust retail fixtures
  • Set seasonal and specialty merchandise according to store layouts
  • Maintain organization and accuracy throughout projects
  • Work with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule
  • Travel regularly from job location to job location
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment
  • Typical schedule: Sunday - Thursday, overnight shift; project schedules may vary

Required Experience
  • Previous merchandising, reset, or remodel experience in an arts & crafts, hobby, or specialty retail store required
  • Familiarity with craft departments such as seasonal, floral, fabric, yarn, sewing, jewelry, scrapbooking, framing, home décor, and other specialty categories
  • Experience with planograms, peg hooks, shelves, shelf strips, price labels, signage, and retail fixtures
  • Ability to organize and merchandise large quantities of product according to layouts and planograms

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Reliable personal transportation required; Done Right does not provide rental vehicles, and public transportation is not sufficient
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for prolonged periods
  • Ability to periodically lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to pass a national background check and participate in random drug screenings
  • Valid government-issued identification
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Willingness to assist teammates and help complete projects successfully
