Summary:
Booster Gear is seeking a Seasonal Screen Press Associate to join our team during the fall season, from August to October. The preferred Seasonal Screen Press Associate will be an energetic, organized and dependable individual who demonstrates a can-do attitude towards finishing a job and striving for results daily. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Quality control material as it comes off the press, ensuring each print is correct and matching the mock up

  • Break down all product counts by size, ensuring that orders are printed in full before boxing

  • Boxing and labeling printed product to the specifications of the team standard

  • Stage pre-housed product as needed

  • Assist press operator as needed

  • Team-first mindset

  • Organization

  • Problem-solving

  • Initiative

  • Technical screen printing abilities a plus

  • Uphold all company virtues and policies.


Additional Responsibilities

Consistently arrive to work, when scheduled, every day and on time.
Ensure excellent and timely communication with team leaders throughout the day in regards to attendance, work hours, and updates on daily tasks.
Communicate to team leaders when assistance is needed, in order to maintain production goals.
Perform all cleaning responsibilities to maintain a clean work area.


Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Will be frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.
