RESTIVO'S IS HIRING: OIL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Restivo’s Heating amp; Air Conditioning – Johnston, RI

Restivo’s has been a trusted name for 80+ years, providing high-quality heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions across Rhode Island and Bristol County, MA. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Oil Service Technician to join our team of skilled professionals.

If you’re experienced in servicing and repairing oil-fired heating systems and want to work for a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, and repair oil-fired boilers, furnaces, and heating systems
  • Perform seasonal oil burner tune-ups and preventative maintenance
  • Install and replace oil burners, pumps, nozzles, filters, and related components
  • Conduct combustion testing and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear repair solutions
  • Ensure all work meets our high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and repairs
  • Represent Restivo’s with excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
  • Oil Burner Technician License (RI and/or MA) - preferred
  • Experience servicing residential oil heating systems - required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with combustion analyzers and efficiency testing
  • Clean, organized, detail-oriented work habits
  • Professionalism, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
