Job description

Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite Position)

We need someone who understands today's digital marketing world and can help manage online campaigns, social media, Klaviyo, blog content, website marketing, and paid advertising. This person should be able to follow a weekly plan, create strong content, track results, and help drive more traffic, engagement, online sales, rental reservations, and store visits.

Main responsibilities would include:

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for products, rentals, services, sales, and seasonal categories
  • Build and send email campaigns through Klaviyo
  • Create and improve Klaviyo flows, including welcome emails, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram content with a consistent weekly plan
  • Create posts, stories, reels, product features, rental content, sale posts, and seasonal outdoor content
  • Use real store products, displays, new arrivals, staff picks, rentals, and outdoor lifestyle content
  • Help create SEO-focused blog posts that bring organic traffic to the website
  • Write content around rentals, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, camping, footwear, apparel, ski, snowboard, and Michigan outdoor activities
  • Support website marketing updates, including banners, landing pages, blog posts, promotional content, and collection page copy
  • Make sure emails, ads, social media, blogs, and campaigns link back to the correct website pages
  • Track performance and report what is working and what needs to improve
  • Follow a weekly digital marketing calendar and complete tasks consistently
