Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Shift: Mon.-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Hourly: $18.00- $19.00 Season: Now through September 2026 Location: Onsite Chino, CA

About the Role: Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support? Join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our customer contact center, where you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand. You'll assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring satisfaction through expert product knowledge, technical support, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone, live chat, and email.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical assistance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Process orders for grill parts and accessories with accuracy.
  • Offer product recommendations and grilling tips to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product models, features, and best practices.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience handling email inquiries, live chat communication, and escalated customer claims.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure and handle difficult interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and assemble grill components.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish-English or French-English is a plus.
