Location: Annapolis and surrounding areas within the state of Maryland and District of Columbia

Compensation:
$17 - $28 per hour, depending on experience(Overtime available)

Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round outdoor work. This role requires a "do-what-it-takes" attitude, including  trenching, underground utility installation and general sitework. Positions also available for landscape/hardscape projects, and essential winter snow removal services.
Key Responsibilities
Hardscaping:
Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, and retaining walls, including site prep and stone placement.
Lawn Maintenance: Professional mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal property cleanups.
Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, and loaders.
Site Management: Load/unload materials, clear debris, and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
Utility Work: Trenching, pipe installation and site preparation.
Snow Experience: Knowledge of plowing techniques and salt application is a major plus.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or construction (preferred).
