Job description

The Momofuku group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company.  We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. if you're looking for a challenging but supportive environment, we welcome you to submit your application for consideration.

We're a small, open kitchen restaurant and offer great opportunities for personal and career growth. At ko, guests are served a set multi-course tasting menu along a kitchen counter. Executive Chef Sean Gray uses seasonal ingredients, and changes the menu frequently based on market availability. Ko has two Michelin stars, which it has retained for seven years. You'll get to work with a dedicated and talented team with long-term experience at top NYC kitchens. 

Momofuku Ko is a wine heavy establishment that uses a large amount of Zalto glassware. The Polishers must be efficient and careful while handling flatware and stems. This also offers a great opportunity  to observe service of a fine dining open kitchen restaurant!

Some things you'll be doing:
  • Clean and polish stemware and flatware
  • Restock stemware& flatware throughout service
  • Communicate effectively with all team members
